Once connected to the landline network, the base station is set up to call for help any time, day or night, even if you cannot speak. Just press the alert button on the station or whichever device you are wearing, whether on a pendant or strap.
The built-in intercom on the alert station allows you to be in direct contact with your loved ones and the health alert service 24/7, so that any situations can be assessed and help called in if necessary.

With an occupancy sensor under the mattress, it is possible to detect falls and illness, as well as not returning to bed during the night. The system can alert relatives or the emergency call service in the event of an emergency.
