Base station

Once connected to the landline network, the base station is set up to call for help any time, day or night, even if you cannot speak. Just press the alert button on the station or whichever device you are wearing, whether on a pendant or strap.

The built-in intercom on the alert station allows you to be in direct contact with your loved ones and the health alert service 24/7, so that any situations can be assessed and help called in if necessary.

Emergency call service

The emergency alarm is managed by our health desk which is on call 24/7. Our service clears up any doubts by calling the person back on the base station intercom, which automatically picks up the call. If the alarm is triggered, the service sends a message via the mobile app. In the event of a serious problem, the service first calls the family or relative, then emergency services, and monitors the situation until they arrive.

Bed occupancy sensor

With an occupancy sensor under the mattress, it is possible to detect falls and illness, as well as not returning to bed during the night. The system can alert relatives or the emergency call service in the event of an emergency.

Set of occupancy sensors

This system is made up of4 motion sensors placed discreetly around the home, an occupancy sensor placed under the mattress and a door sensor. Our intelligent system identifies unusual situations and sends an alert to the emergency call service, family member or caregiver; for example, an abnormal lack of movement in the event of a fall in the bathroom, not returning to bed at night, or when the person remains absent from home. 

The system respects the person’s privacy (no cameras or microphones), is compatible with pets in the home, and does not require any installation or maintenance work.

Do you need nursing services with a personalized health follow-up?

As a complement to the DOMO Health solution, we can provide a medical follow-up service by a nurse or a registered nurse to avoid hospitalization and the high costs of EMS accommodation.

The service includes:

  • An initial visit to assess the person's situation and needs.
  • A follow-up visit to set up monitoring for mobility, sleep quality and vital signs, such as respiratory rate and heart rate.
  • An evaluation of the person's daily habits to identify goals for improvement such as physical exercise and sleep quality.
  • Remote daily support with the DOMO health monitoring tool, linked up to caregivers, the care network and your general practitioner.
  • Verification and monitoring of emergency situations triggered by the security system and handled by the emergency service 24/7.

GPS tracker

The DOMO Mobility alert system is made up of a charging station and portable alert device. It offers complete freedom of movement and daily protection, at home and outside, 24/7.

It has a battery life of 48 hours without recharging and an unlimited range, so that your loved one can get help when they need it most.

At the press of the alert button, the device can warn you and other caregivers in case of an emergency (for example illness or a fall). You can communicate through an integrated two-way speaker and receive the GPS position of your relative directly via the DOMO mobile app, with no limits on distance or installation.

The portable system is very lightweight and can be slipped into a pocket or attached to a lanyard. It’s the perfect solution to continue to enjoy life to the fullest, in complete confidence.

If you fall or become ill at home or on the move, connect to the emergency call centre at the touch of a button. Within a few seconds, you can speak to an operator trained in emergency situations via the microphone and speaker integrated into the watch. He or she can get help by transmitting your position to the emergency services, located using the watch’s GPS. Once configured, the watch works autonomously, even without a smartphone.
